Scotch is whisky (without the “e”) made from malted grain, usually barley, and to be called Scotch it must be from Scotland. It is aged for at least three years in oak barrels. It is one of Grillaz two favorite beverages, the other being Bourbon. We blog about our favorite Scotches below.
